a redon the bottom and black on the top is kinda cool.

or go with one solid light color

and get it layered

and then color the layers in a couple different colors. its really fun and wacky thats what my bff did.

Standing out is not necessarily being weird,

but being unique and not bland...

It also depends on your personality.

Will the hairstyle look 'weird' on you, just because you are for example, a reserved person??

People can be very judgemental of how others 'should' look and assimilate...Go for a style that reflects yourself.

i like short layers on the top (2 in being shortest)

dark brown all over but with a few blond sreaks on the bottom layer...

also....with the layers....

the last on should be at least 4 in longer than the one before.

I'd say get a very razored fringe with a slice of a contrasting colour underneath it. You can keep your current colour, but if you are really up for a change you could either dye it all a darker colour or bleach it for a really stunning look !

But really skinny highlights not thick chucks.

I saw a girl do that, It looks so badass.

It was wild and out there, but still classy and fashionable. and different.
