I have medium length hair and straight with a little body. Something that will give the look of rolled out of bed hair thats still put together.

There are some great gels and scrunching products that will do the trick. Apply them through damp hair, scrunch to get the waves you want, and then either let air dry or use a blow dryer with a diffuser. You can then do a full comb-out and finishing spray for soft waves, or use a pick to get the more casual, "just rolled out of bed" look.

I do this every day for my fine, thin, straight hair!

"Wash %26amp; Curl" doesn't curl your hair. It even says on the bottle that it provides the most beautiful curls "AFTER STYLIING." You still have to style your hair to get the curls! The most it does is condition, and the worst it does is leave a coating on your hair like hairspray that makes you hair feel stiff.

try curling your hair before you go to bed and then when you wake up it could be less curly, almost like wavy. or just curling your hair a little in the morning. try to experiment on ways to make your hair wavy.

Have a little laying cut in to your and find a good gel, I use Paul Mitchell. Buy a diffuser at any beauty product store like Sally Beauty Supply

Apply the gel to damp hair and scrunch hand-fulls of hair while you use your dryer with the diffuser on it.

John Freida makes a product called Ocean Waves Sea Spray which is a texturizing spray for a quick and easy "just rolled out of bed" look. Simply spray your hair when it's wet and scrunch to create gorgeous, beachy waves. I've personally used this, and it helps my pin-straight hair look like it has amazing waves, and it's totally efortless!

In a quick fix, you can actually make your own scrunching spray by simply adding salt to water, to get a mix that will give you the same effect as a dip in the ocean would of loose, natural waviness. You can add essential oils such as lavender to make it smell great as well.
