A very soft blue (almost white) applied VERY lightly would make your eyes sparkle. My eyes are the same color and I get loads of compliments when I go very light on the blue. Just below the brow I put a translucent beige - again, almost white that gives a very subtle sparkle.

the best is evening looks. do a black liquid liner with navy blue shadows. this will create a sparkle in your eyes and make them stand out!

Have you tried gold eye shadow? I love mine from Clinique. I have brown eyes and when I wear gold eye shadow with a nude base and then use brown eye liner I get TONS of compliments. Also silver eye shadow and charcoal liner will help make a smoky, sexy look. Experiment! Green liner also looks great with brown eyes. Curl your eye lashes and use mascara last.

I tried every make up, alothought you have an advantage since you have light brown eyes I had dark brown eyes. Make up didnt work for me. But now I have amazing green eyes after having a procedure called newcoloriris. I dont even use make up now , they stand out enough alone.
